It has been another busy year with the fall-out of the pandemic still being felt with the continued rise in behavioural cases, fun to be had at Puppy & Dog School, along with lecturing future Clinical Animal Behaviourists (CABs), and supporting children that have a fear of dogs. I was delighted to be voted onto the Board of the Animal Behaviour & Training Council to help regulate the animal behaviour industry and thereby improve the welfare of those animals being supported by behaviour therapists and trainers. And, I continued to work this year as an Assessor of CABs for the Association of Pet Behaviour Counsellors, and support the Blue Cross with Educational volunteering. This year also saw a number of awards wins in behaviour and training, along with increased media in the guise of published articles, podcasts, BBC and the launch of my Online Learning Hub, so that is why this Christmas, I will be pausing for some R&R with the family and the office will be closed from Thursday 22nd December to 3rd January.
I wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. See you in 2023!
