**Calling all dog owners that are expectant parents or new parents**
We’re looking for support from dog owners that are expectant parents or have gone onto have children (now aged under 5 years). Why?
Currently, there is a paucity in data relating to whether having a baby influences the owner-dog relationship, such as the types of interactions that occur before and after the arrival of a child. The data collected will be used as part of a dissertation which completes Hanne’s MSc in Applied Animal Behaviour & Training at Bishop Burton College, in collaboration with Hull University. This data collected may offer insights for expectant parents and young families that encourage positive relationships between dogs, owners and their children.
The survey takes just 5 minutes to complete. We’d be grateful if you are expecting or have children and or have friends/family that meet the criteria, if you could take part in this important area of research. Thank you.
